Stories of Recovery and Resilience

North Carolina received over $11 billion in federal pandemic relief, including funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). State legislators strategically appropriated those funds to government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and schools to help North Carolina recover from the effects of COVID-19 and build a stronger, more resilient future. The North Carolina Pandemic Recovery Office continues to help disburse, monitor, and administer those grants.

Our storytelling series takes a closer look at exactly how our State's relief funds are being spent, and the benefits to North Carolinians.
