State Fiscal Recovery Fund Dashboard
About the Dashboard
The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) provided more than $5.4 billion to North Carolina. SFRF was initially allocated through the State Appropriations Act of 2021 (S.L. 2021-180) with some amendments enacted in subsequent legislation.
The visual below has multiple tabs that provide details on all SFRF-funded projects.
The SFRF Project Tracker tab provides summary data, including total appropriations, disbursements, and expenditures.
The Project Profiles and KPIs tab contains profiles of SFRF funded projects, which includes project description, geographic scope, expenditures overtime, in addition to the project’s key performance indicators.
Note:
Projects that had KPIs waived do not appear on this tab at this time. KPIs were waived for projects for one of the following reasons:
- The project only used funds for General Fund purposes such as salaries and benefits.
- The funds went to a beneficiary. A beneficiary is defined as a recipient who suffered an economic loss and received funds to offset the loss. Beneficiaries are not required to report their use of funds, but some did choose to report. Those that did report are included, and those that did not report are not included.
Projects that currently have KPIs that are indicated as “Not reported” may be so marked because those KPIs are not yet due.
