Emergency Rental Assistance I (ERA I) 

This project was supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number ERA0019 awarded to NC Office of State Budget and Management by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. 

Emergency Rental Assistance II (ERA II) 

This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number ERA0098 awarded to State of North Carolina by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Homeowners Assistance Fund (HAF) 

This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number HAF0053 awarded to State of North Carolina by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  

Governor’s Emergency Education Relief (GEER) 

(1) 100% of the total costs of the program will be financed with Federal money;
